FAQs
Using the menu at the top right, click on the Create Account button. You will asked to enter the following:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo (this is optional, but a headshot of you is a nice way to introduce yourself to others on the exchange)
- A password that you choose
From the main menu at the top of the screen, click the My Dashboard button to access your dashboard.
From your dashboard, click the Account Settings button.
On the next screen, enter any information that you want to change. When you are finished, click the Submit button to save.
From the main menu at the top of the screen, click the Log In button. Beneath the login screen, you'll see a link that says "Lost your password? Click here to reset it." Click the link.
On the next screen, enter the email address* that you signed up with, then click the Get New Password button.
Within a few minutes, you should receive an email. The email contains a link to reset your password. Click the link.
After clicking the link, you'll be able to type in a new password. When you're done, click Save Password. After saving, click the link to log in to the site.
*If you do not remember the email address that you signed up with, or no longer have access to that email address, please contact us at information@kssoilhealth.org.
First, you'll need to need to create an account. If you've already done this, skip to the next step.
Make sure you're logged in and can see the My Dashboard page. You are taken to My Dashboard immediately after logging in, or you can access it from the main menu at the top of the screen.
From My Dashboard, click the Add New Listing button. On the next screen, you'll enter a brief description of your land or livestock and answer a few multiple choice questions. You'll also need to enter your address and upload a photo of your land or livestock. If you're using a mobile phone, you can easily take or upload a photo right from your device.
When you're finished entering your information, click the Submit button.
Your listing will be sent to the Kansas Soil Health Alliance staff for review before being published to the website.
From the menu at the top of the screen, click the My Dashboard button.
Under My Listings, click the Edit Listing link.
On the next screen, you'll be able to edit your listings information. When you're done making changes, click the Submit button to save.
If you need to update your contact information shown on the listing, you can edit that under Account Settings on the My Dashboard page.
From the menu at the top of the screen, click the My Dashboard button.
TO HIDE YOUR LISTING:
Under My Listings, click the Hide Listing link. On the next screen, click the button that says Yes, I want to hide my listing. After clicking the button, you'll be taken back to your dashboard, where you'll see that listing is now marked "Hidden". You can leave your listing hidden as long as you like.
TO UNHIDE YOUR LISTING:
Under My Listings, click the Unhide Listing link. On the next screen, click the button that says Yes, I want to unhide my listing. After clicking the button, you'll be taken back to your dashboard, where you'll see that listing is now marked "Published".
From the menu at the top of the screen, click the My Dashboard button.
Under My Listings, click the Delete Listing link. A warning box will pop up asking "Are you sure?" Click OK to delete the listing.
Note: You can temporarily hide your listing instead of deleting it, if you think you might need it again at a later time.
